Race results Three Hook Norton Harriers took part in the Thame 10k. The race was won by Vale of Aylesbury AC's Charlie May in a time of 33:33, there were 825 finishers:

In 56th place - Dave Warlow in a time of 40:51
In 93rd place - Michael Hailey in a time of 43:14
In 466th Place - Dee Hailey in a time of 57:54

Results - Cobra Classic 10k - 30 May 2010

Race results Roger Szygowski competed this challenging 10k around the streets of Halesowen and Cradley (his first 10k road race in 3yrs) timed at 54:11 in 78th position. 141 ran. The Costwold Olimpicks saw him and Anwen Greenaway compete in the 5mile multi-terrain run.

The winning time was 33:40 and there were 372 finishers
