The remaining 2010 Hook Norton Harriers Club Championship Races are listed below. Runners need to complete 6 races: two under 10miles; two 10miles or over and any two other races

Race Results: Silverstone Duathlon 12-08-2010

Two Hook Norton Harriers took part in the 4th 2010 Silverstone Duathlon (the last one is on Tuesday 7th September if you fancy it)

The Duathlon is a 2 mile run around the Porsche circuit, followed by a 12 mile cycle around the Grand prix circuit, then another 2 mile run on the Porsche circuit

Stan Peake finished in 1hr 6 mins and was 72nd out of 121 finishers - his times were:
2mi 13:12; transition 1:25; 12mi cycle 36:37; transition 0:52; 2mi 13:52

Graeme Hackland finished in 1hr 15 mins (and 43 seconds) and was 107th out of 121 finishers:
2mi 15:11; transition 1:26; 12mi cycle 42:21; transition 1:20; 2mi 15:23

Stratford Summer 6 Results 3rd July 2010

Two Hook Norton Harriers took part in the Stratford Summer 6 (which started and finished at the historic Mary Arden House)

Congratulations to David Tame who was 1st in his category (M40) and 9th overall in a time of 35:22

Toby Clark finished in a time 42:02 in 48th position

Mota-vation summer series - Race 4 - Chipping Norton 5th August - Results

Congratulations to all 270 finishers of the 25th anniversary running of the Hooky 6, which was held in glorious conditions on Sunday 8th August. Full results are available on this site.

Three Hook Norton Harriers took part in the Thame 10k. The race was won by Vale of Aylesbury AC's Charlie May in a time of 33:33, there were 825 finishers:

In 56th place - Dave Warlow in a time of 40:51
In 93rd place - Michael Hailey in a time of 43:14
In 466th Place - Dee Hailey in a time of 57:54

Results - Cobra Classic 10k - 30 May 2010

Roger Szygowski competed this challenging 10k around the streets of Halesowen and Cradley (his first 10k road race in 3yrs) timed at 54:11 in 78th position. 141 ran. The Costwold Olimpicks saw him and Anwen Greenaway compete in the 5mile multi-terrain run.
