Congratulations to all 270 finishers of the 25th anniversary running of the Hooky 6, which was held in glorious conditions on Sunday 8th August. Full results are available on this site.

Annual Hook Norton Harriers Dinner and Awards Ceremony

The Hook Norton Harriers held their annual Dinner and Awards Ceremony on Saturday 20th February in the Norman Knight, Whichford.
The 2009 running season was firmly celebrated with good food, good drink, and lots of tall tales (and who can forget Chairman Bridget's infamous party games)
Congratulations to all the 2009 prize winners: Male Runner: Dave Tame Female Runner: Dee Hailey Male XC: John Weaver Female XC: Sandra Heryet-Warner Club Championship Handicap Runner: Dee Hailey Club Member of the Year: Graeme Hackland
The 2010 running season is well and truly under way (despite the weather). All Harriers are challenged to run 6 races from the club championship list (two races under ten miles; two at ten miles or over; and any other two races)

Mota-vation Series 2009

The entry form and flyer for the Mota-vation Series 2009 are available and can be downloaded from the website:

Special arrangements are in place for members of Abingdon, Alchester, Banbury, Eynsham, Headington, Hook Norton, or Witney, and they should contact their club secretaries about series entries. This includes second claim members of those clubs, though such runners must compete in races representing their first claim clubs.
Postal entries close on 29th April 2009. Entries in person are accepted on the day.
Coasters from last season that were not collected at the final race will be distributed at Charlton when you pick up your numbers.
